Delivery Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Every KAGO pack is delivered digitally. There is nothing to wait for in the post. A few days after you complete your intake form, we send your finished pack by a secure link. This policy sets out exactly what you receive, how, and by when.

Everything is digital, nothing is posted

KAGO sells done-for-you digital business packs. We do not post, courier or physically ship anything. There is no printed document, no disk and no hardware. Everything is delivered electronically, so there are no delivery fees, and your location in South Africa makes no difference to how or when you receive your pack.

What you receive

When your pack is ready, you receive a complete set of files built for your company, in your name and on your brand:

  • The business pack. A designed business plan of around 20 pages, delivered as a PDF. It includes the plan, the case for funding, operations and the supporting sections.
  • Your logo files. Your logo and brand assets in formats for both print and screen, so you can use them anywhere.
  • The financial workbook. Your financial model and cash flow, as a working file you can open and edit.
  • The priced menu. Your products and prices, set for what customers really pay, as a designed document.

The exact items depend on the pack and any add-ons you choose at checkout. Company registration, where you buy it, is filed at CIPC and the registration documents are delivered to you in the same way once they are issued.

How it is delivered

We deliver by a secure link, sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you give us in your intake form. We do not send your pack as an email attachment. The link lets you download your files safely. Please give us a correct email address and phone number, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the link.

Turnaround, and when the clock starts

The standard turnaround is a few business days after you complete your intake form, typically three to five business days for a standard pack.

The clock starts when you finish your intake form, not when you pay. We can only build your pack once we know about you and your business. If you delay the intake form, the turnaround starts later. If you buy company registration, that step depends on CIPC's own timelines, which are outside our control, so the registration part can take longer than the pack itself.

What you must do for us to build and deliver

1

You pay

Choose your pack and pay securely at checkout.

2

You complete intake

A short form about you, your business and your logo. This starts the clock.

3

We build it

We build and check your whole pack, on your brand.

4

You receive it

We send a secure link with all your files, ready to use.

After you pay, we ask you to complete a short intake form. It takes about five minutes and no documents are required to start. Your part is simply to complete that intake form accurately and to answer any quick questions we may have while we build. Until the intake form is complete, we cannot start, and the turnaround does not begin.

Your one included revision

Every pack includes one round of revisions. When you receive your pack, review it and send us your changes together in a single response. We apply that revision and send you the updated files by secure link. Further changes beyond the included revision round can be arranged as additional work. This delivery policy should be read together with our Refund policy, which explains how the bespoke nature of the work affects refunds.

If something goes wrong with delivery

If your link does not work, if a file will not open, or if you do not receive your pack when expected, contact us and we will send it again or fix it promptly. Delivery problems on our side are always ours to put right.

Governing law

This delivery policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
